How to Play

Play Nugget Seeker Adventure online for free. Nugget Seeker Adventure is a 10-stage maze attack game where you must collect all the golden nuggets hidden on each level while avoiding running into poison or having any other miners run into you. This game is rendered in mobile-friendly HTML5, so it offers cross-device gameplay. You can play it on mobile devices like Apple iPhones, Google Android powered cell phones from manufactures like Samsung, tablets like the iPad or Kindle Fire, laptops, and Windows-powered desktop computers. All game files are stored locally in your web browser cache. This game works in Apple Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and other modern web browsers.

Starting the Game

If it is your first time playing the game click on the yellow button with the white triangle.
- This will bring up the level select screen.
- Only the first level is unlocked by default & you unlock a level each time you beat a level.
- Your web browser automatically saves your game progress.
- If you have played the game before click on the double arrow button
  - Selecting the double arrow button will bring up the level select screen while preserving your game progress.
  - Selecting the single arrow button will erase your game progress.
  - The welcome screen has 3 other buttons along the top:
    - an i button for developer information,
    - a fullscreen mode button, and
    - a sound control button

      - Desktop
        Use the arrow keys to move around the level.
        Touchscreen devices
        Tap the screen with your finger and swipe to have your miner change directions.
        Controls & indicators
        In the top left corner it shows how many of the gold nuggets you have found on the level, the total level goal, and how many lives you have remaining.
        In the top right corner there are 4 buttons to expand to full screen mode, control game sounds, pause the game, or close the game.
        At the bottom center your cumulative game score is displayed.
        Game Play
        Strategy
        Levels are not timed, so it is best to take circuitous paths where you can avoid running into other miners.
        Most other miners typically stay on the path, so if you can create a wide path far away from the main path then the odds of them hitting into you are low.
        You can not break through hard wood blocks or reinforced wooden walls, but can dig through most of the rock.
        If gold nuggets are near poison then try to move toward the gold from a direction which has you moving adjacent to the poison rather than running into it.
        Dying
        You die if another miner hits into you or you hit a poison barrel.
        Your lives count is how many lives you have remaining after the current life.
        If you still have additional lives remaining then you maintain your current progress in the current level when starting the next life.
        If you run out of lives your beat levels progress is retained but you start the current level at its beginning.
        If you run out of lives you get unlimited continues to resume your game keeping your game progress.
        Target Audience
        The game is suited for people of all ages who like maze attack games.
        The game has no adult themed content.
